Gatwick hotels with Parking

The hotel was very fresh looking, the reception staff very friendly but didn't know the products on offer ie our deal through Holiday 24/7 and got mixed information and lead me to having to find out for myself by calling long term car park and what was in our deal etc. Some other staff at reception were more expereinced. We firstly were told our carp park and breakfast was included and then found out the breakfast was not included. The beds were not comfortable at all. Too soft and kept on rolling over to my husbands side through out the night. The porter service was fab, the little shop was good to have there and the prices were reasonable. Overall lovely hotel and enjoyed the stay, good location. I work for BA and wondered if you give airline staff a rack rate for the future. Thank you Suriya Goodlett

very good hotel. accommodating staff. Not too far from Gatwick - 10-15 max door to door. Definitely four star quality at 3 star prices (with parking package included). highly recommended for pre-flight travel stay.

Very nice hotel and great location if you are flying from Gatwick. My only criticism would be in the confirmation email that we received as the link to map directions for the hotel was inaccurate, we got totally lost following these and ended up in the middle of a council estate at the back of the hotel so this was not helpful and added another 20 minutes onto our journey.

I stayed at the Arora with my company and was completely satisfied with the facilities the hotel provided. Food was adequate, but the conference room and the rest of the facilities were a big success. The transport links meant it was easy for everyone to get to the hotel and the airport by train, so in most respects this was ideal. I would certainly use this hotel again.

The staff were really helpful with sorting out our parking and transport. Was easy to get to the airport, and the hotel was of a really high standard in our room and the other areas of the hotel. Will stay here next time.

Loved the gym, loved the health suite, food was good quality, and got a decent night's sleep. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who likes to use those facilities.

My son and my now daughter in-law booked a wedding reception at this hotel and we stayed at the hotel the night before and the night after the reception. The whole day was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Tony the executive head chef and his team did us proud with his sit down meal and evening buffet, The special events team were also brilliant, could not have wished for better as were the rest of the hotel staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble and we will certainly be going back for a nice meal in nice surroundings.
