Hotel was fine although meals were expensive. Directions and information in the confirmation email regarding the airport parking were poor.

Stayed overnight for early flight from South Terminal. Assumed therefore parking was at South Terminal Long Stay as nothing to indicate what carpark (just said "long stay"). Luckily this car park is operated by the North Terminal Long Stay parking (where we were allocated) as well so after some computer querying I was allowed out.

Standard Best Western hotel - but that's not a bad thing! 24 hour services were great as we arrived late and had to leave early. Recommended.

We had a really tight schedule early in the morning and with 3 kids we needed things to run as smoothly as possible! Thankfully the 24 hour transfers arrived as promised and the staff helped us with our bags. The journey to the airport was quick and overall this was a very convenient package.

We stayed here for 1 night before our 9am flight. Very close to the north terminal, 5 mins from the south. The staff were friendly and helpful. and our room was clean and comfortable.
