Great location, great hotel, great room, great staff !!! If i had a minor moan it would be that if leaving the car, customers would probably prefer that it were moved the following morning as, like most people, we had an overnight bag that we wanted to throw into the car before we left. In order to have this option we had to pay a further £15.

If you want to get your holiday off to a good start, with effortless parking included then this is the place to go. Courtyard By Marriott is close to the terminal. If your luggage comes complete with it's own wheels then it's an easy, flat, seven minute stroll to the terminal. If you don't have wheels just hop on to their shuttle bus. It runs every 20 minutes and costs £3 per person. Taxis are also available. Booking in is easy, quick and efficient. Once you have finished with your car simply hand your key over. The rooms are spacious with standard hotel layout and the decor is elegant. Beds extremely comfortable and bathroom comes complete with complimentary shower/shampoo/lotion. We didn't take advantage of their restaurant or bar but the menu available will suit all tastes - and pockets. The whole ambience is of comfort and style. Our return flight was at 6.00 am but none-the-less our car was in the car park all ready and waiting for us - we simply handed in our form and collected the key. Very efficient, pleasant staff. An excellent, hassle-free start to the holiday - and good value for money too.

No complaints - an airport hotel. We arrived v late, left v early, everything was fine. An easy ten minute walk to LGW departures.

Great hotel, staff very nice, rooms clean. We were very pleased! Maybe a 10 min walk to Pisa central station, we took the train to Florence ( 1h each way) . What we liked best is that in the evening they had a display of local produces that we snacked every evening for free ( with paid bar, didnt mind, cocktails were 7 euro), after a long walking day! Nice! Overall really nice hotel! Would recomend!

It couldn't have been easier, drop the car off - spot of supper and a good night's sleep before picking up the bus to the terminal.When we returned - bus to the hotel and the car was waiting. Excellent and friendly service.

Hotel was easy to find, excellent room and easy parking. Buffet food wasn't very good quality and selection was limited. The threat of £100 fine for lost tickets is outrageous and should be reduced.

we were pleased overall with the quality of the hotel and rooms. water in the room was somewhat expensive, but the bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds and were surprisingly quiet

I selected the Courtyard by Marriott to take advantage of the free parking for a week. The hotel is modern and clean and I had a very good overnight stay. The process of booking the car in with the parking company (their desk is adjacent to the hotel reception counter)was quick and efficient as was the retrieval of the car upon my return to the hotel the following week. The bus service from the hotel to both terminals is fast and efficient. So, all in all, no complaints from me and I would use the hotel again in future without hesitation.

The package offered turned out really well. Hotel room was pleasant, with good facilities. Service was good and the car parking was excellent. We'll be using the service again.

We found the hotel easily just near the South Terminal. The staff very courteous, both at hotel check-in and at the car check-in desk. All staff were prompt in dealing with us. Our room was exceptionally quiet even though aircraft were coming in nearly overhead! The bed was comfortable and room very clean & tidy. On return, our car was ready for us to drive away with no scraches or dents! We will certainly stay at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel again. Thanks DavidR

We stayed in the Courtyard by Marriot for one night prior to flying on holiday, we also used the parking facility. All went very smoothly, th hotel was comfortable and we had a good meal with god service.

Very pleased with hotel. Excellent room and service which gave us a quiet and restfull night whilst being extremely close to airport. Chose to walk to south terminal which was well marked and took just a few minutes. No complaints!

WE booked a one night hotel parking stay in mid February. Everything worked as it should, including, n=more importantly, the return car pick-up arrangements. I would certainly use this system again if flying from Gatwick!

Excellent hotel, staff very good, only down side is exit car park ticket does not like being swipped when wet (heavy snow when we were leaving!)

We arrived on the Sunday evening, checked in our car easily and found the room was of a high standard. We used the shuttle bus to the South terminal, but were warned that the return journey might take a long time, so we took note of the route and when we returned two weeks later, we walked back to the hotel. Our car was ready and waiting in the car park. It was all so easy, we will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

Brilliant,what a great start to any holiday, quick and efficient check-in and car key drop off, room was excellent, all we expected, the walk to the terminal approx 8 mins,will be using again and will certainly recommend.

Great place to stay when flying from South Terminal. Transfer bus available but not necessary (and cheaper)as can easily walk to terminal in ten minutes pushing a trolley from outside hotel to carry your luggage. Price for room together with a weeks parking was a bargain. Only gripe while the room was very comfortable, the air-conditioning fan was very noisy and I couldn't work out how to switch it off.

All good - the only downside was a rather circuitous return journey to the hotel when we got back - the 5min shuttle service took over half an hour, excluding the wait at the bus stop. Everyone was cold and tired, then we had to wait for the drivers to change. Seemed a bit unnecessary on such a short trip. Would be better if hotel didn't outsource the shuttle? Hotel was good value, though, and there were no hidden costs.

Excellent stay, Good hotel, good food, pleasant staff,good trip to the Airport and very impressed with the return meet and greet saved having to go all the way back to the Hotel for the car, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****

This is an excellent hotel. Presumably a budget Marriot, it has enough style to make a more than pleasant stay. Very easy to walk down to the south terminal.
