The hotel and pick up service on arrival was great very efficient. We did however not get the wake up call requested so lucky we had our own alarm and we had to pay for the transfer on the bus which in the order form was not clearly explained we thought this was included. The transfer also took around 30 mins and again we were under the impression we were only 10 mins away so unfortunately had no time to buy duty free or have a drink in the business class lounge. If the reception had given us more info at the desk then this would have been avoided.

Decided to drive down to Gatwick the night before our holiday flight rather than fight with the M25 in the morning. Excellent decision! Hotel was well located - no aircraft noise. Very comfortable room. Great shower. Ate in hotel restaurant. Food was good and hot. Sercvice friendly. Wine a touch pricy (£25+ for a bottle of Rioja) but all-in-all a very pleasant start to our holiday. Booking & checkout smooth & efficient. Will certainly stay here again when flying from Gatwick.

Only an overnight stop. Used room service that was very efficient and food of good quality. Also used the vehicle parking option, ie coach pick up and meet and greet with own car at airport on return. All was very smooth - would happily use again.

Hotel was lovely, all facilities were great, staff were delightful. Food in the bar was excellent, in fact the anchovies in the caesar salad, were the best I have had!!

Have stayed at the Crowne Plaza before and find it to be very nice. Rooms are clean and modern and the service is always very good.
