Room was more comfortable than expected, but food prices rather steep. Hotel give you instructiuon to long stay but Postcode took us to short stay so a tad confusing especially at 05:00 in the morning.

Perfectly good as a stopover hotel before leaving the airport early on a Sunday morning. Staff were helpful and polite and rooms had all the facilities one might expect.

The Ramada is a very nice hotel indeed. Classy and clean, very impressive. I stayed before I went on holiday, and with a 2 week car park booking, the price was amazing and excellent value for money. i travelled from the North West to Gatwick and the Ramada is in a great location near to the airport. There is a Tesco just down the road so you dont have to splash out on hotel meals. Will defo use again when I go on holiday next time.

Arrived late, left early and got a good night's sleep. All very efficient and smooth with no problems.

We used this Hotel for our park and stay before going on holiday, we had a meet and greet sevice on return from holiday, it was good value, and a great homecoming no hanging about.

Our family stayed at Ramada Plaza again this year as we visited the U.K.. We use it on arrival into the U.K. and the couple of nights prior to leaving England. This would be our fourth year and find the hotel to be good value, clean and comfortable. We are independant travellers but when needed, the staff have always been excellent in helping us. It is unreasonable to expect the hotel to meet every traveller's idea of perfection, but if you are looking for good value accommodation close to the airport you should stay here.
